The full-bodied 2017 Gigglepot Cabernet Sauvignon is the winery's top Cabernet. It's supple and silky on the palate, marked by notes of cedar and mocha, cassis and mint. It's a big mouthful of ripe, dark flavors, wrapped in a plush coating of super-soft tannins that conceal the wine's considerable alcohol (labeled at 15.5% alcohol).
