2015 Vincent Paris Crozes Hermitage Rouge, Northern Rhone

A native of the Cornas appellation, Vincent Paris inherited most of his vines from his grandfather and leases other blocks from an uncle for a total of about 8 hectares.Vincent Paris has built upon his family's winemaking tradition to make a name for himself as a talented winemaker through carefully managing vineyard yields, fermenting longer and at cooler temperatures and using mostly neutral oak. The classic Crozes-Hermitage comes from beautiful fruit selected by Vincent from a long-time organic grower in Crozes. In may parcels, with varied exposure, the vines average 30 years of age.
