Syrah 60%, Grenache 30%, Mourvèdre 10%.
The vines are planted on a limestone garrigue soil with Aleppo pines and green oaks. The wine-making process is traditional with a 3-week barrel fermentation, followed by a 14- month ageing in tanks. This wine is round and well balanced, with final hints of liquorice and raspberry.
The Garrigue Red can be kept for 5 years.
