Daniel Dampt, one of the most celebrated Chablis producers, also makes wine also for his father-in-law Jean Defaix. A stylish Chablis offering lemon, lime and candied apple flavours on the nose. Bright and minerally palate with impeccable balance, and wet pebble.

A cooler and more elegant nose is comprised by notes of citrus, oyster shell and apple scents. While the middle weight flavors are not quite as dense and
seductively textured, they are finer as well as more evidently mineral-driven on the delicious and slightly more complex finale.
