Complex aromas of plums, sweet pipe tobacco, roast game bird and pomegranate introduce the 2017 Fleurie Joie de Palais, a medium to full-bodied, layered wine with a lovely core of concentrated fruit, tangy balancing acids and chalky tannins that assert themselves on the back end.
