Medium to full bodied with a lively, intense purple colour. Black cherry, raspberry and fresh, spicy flavours dominate the palate with a vibrant, fresh acidity that make the wine a wonderful example of the modern, balanced style of Hunter Valley shiraz.
A radically different bouquet with aromas of black fruits, black olive, French oak and earth leading into a vibrant dark berry palate. A truly fascinating wine at the moment polarising opinions. It does have one more trick up its sleeve: a mouth-watering, sweet and sour (in the best sense) finish and aftertaste.
