From a steep south-west facing vineyard that adjoins 1er cru Sous Fretilles which is not far from Corton Charlemagne. A tighter nose but there’s depth here. More driving, vibrant wine, a slightly reductive flavour profile that’s very Pernand, long – ooh that’s so good – excellent wine!
