Whole-bunch pressed, fermented in French barriques (50% new), 10% mlf, matured for 12 months. Rich and complex, with stone fruit dominant, white peach and nectarine showing the way for other contenders to make their presence felt (a touch of unsweetened grapefruit juice). All up, a very good chardonnay riding on the back of the '17 vintage.
