Bright and clear; pale gold - almost white gold at rim edge. Lemon zest and citrus flowers tumble forward, followed by a rising aromaticity of green succulents and newly opened cactus flowers at midnight. Mineral salts and bath salts; savouriness and muskiness; and that clean clear pert aroma of white stone fruits just plucked from the tree. Acidity...Here we see before us a seamless, taut, tense, military line. The structure holds more mineral and savoury salts; there is a rolling citrus flavour and texture that draws the wine out to a very long and lingering finish. Flavours at after-palate are all just-ripe white nectarine and mandarin peel, becoming more moreishly so with time in the glass.
