An overtly floral-suffused nose offers up additional notes of quinine, mineral reduction and discreet citrus nuances. There is unusually good volume to the middle weight flavors in the context of what is typical for Les Lys that also exhibit very good depth and persistence on the super-saline finish. This too is worth a look.
