A wine that has clearly been fermented on full solids with its waft of toasted hazelnut, oatmeal and saline mineral grip. Yet nothing is too hard, edgy or clenched by reduction. Conversely, this flows long and unashamedly rich of stone fruit flavours framed by high quality new French oak (25%). The pedal here is firmly planted on the flavour accelerator.
