65% Viognier, whole-bunch pressed / 35% Fiano left on skins briefly before crush. 70% fermented in stainless steel and 30% in seasoned French oak. Complex aromatics and a fleshy mouthfeel with plenty of stone fruit generosity on the mid-palate and crisp finish.
Two words: weight and texture. Spice aplenty. Savoury, almost saline wine with fresh exotic fruit, melon and slate. Crunchy. More-ish in an adult way. Lovely dry, textural wine.
