From the Malakoff Vineyard,150 days on skins, aged in 100% French oak, 17% new. Noticeably pale in colour which is no surprise. A fragrant, aromatic bouquet showing floral perfume, anise like herbs and red-berried fruit. It's quite light-bodied, barely medium really, but the delicacy and gentle persistence win you over. Drink now or cellar?
