A plump wine brimming with ample stone fruit references, vanilla bean and creamy nougat at the core. Fermented wild in buckets in the vineyard, with the ambient conflation of yeasts being used as the pied du cuve (kickstarter) for the other cuves. Mouth-filling, nourishing and eminently satisfying.
