Aged 100% in stainless steel. 40+ years old vines. Comes mostly from very old vines situated in Les Pargues on the hill located between the Premier Cru sites of Montmains and Vosgros. This terroir has historically always been very highly regarded by locals and produces wines of extra depth and character.
This is aromatically similar if perhaps just a bit riper. There is again excellent intensity to the vibrant and attractively textured medium weight flavors that offer just a bit more overall depth and persistence. While presently slightly firmer, this too should be approachable young if that’s your preference. Drink 2024+

The 2019 Chablis Village is matured in stainless steel tank for 10 months. It has a tightly wound bouquet with scents of orange blossom and a touch of tinned apricot; good delineation here. The palate is well balanced with a fine bead of acidity, and lively from the start, offering plenty of citrus fruit joined by desiccated orange peel and a touch of spice on the finish. Excellent.
