80% Syrah, 20% Grenache from younger vines around 15 years old located in Vacqueyras. Adrien has declassified this parcel from Vacqueyras to Cotes du Rhone until the vines have more age. Crushed, de-stemmed and fermented in concrete tanks, using a submerged cap for a slow gentle infusion of fine tannins. Bottled unfined and unfiltered.
