Typically crisp and refreshing with mineral notes, a few months maturation on lees has given this wine an extra dimension of flavour and body, adding some ripe tropical fruit notes.
Intense amber yellow. Rich bouquet with notes of honey, caramel, vanilla-flavoured sugar and clove. Good persistence and balance in the mouth, with a sweetness that is never cloying and finish recalling orange blossoms.
