Elegant, mostly spicy and with a few tropical aromas, salty notes. A firm body, a juicy texture, cool fruit and a lively acidity provide a grippy structure.

The 2018 Grüner Veltliner Federspiel Ried Mühlpoint offers a ripe and elegant, coolish, spicy-crystalline and slightly flinty nose with remarkably elegant fruit. The palate is crystalline, vital and salty, more linear and straight than the Dürnstein village wine, and it reflects the little bit of bedrock in this vineyard. Elegant, cool and expressive, with lingering salinity and mineral grip. Tasted at the domain in September 2019.
