Made from 100% Clairette, the 2018 Châteauneuf Du Pape Pure Blanc sports a medium gold hue as well as a terrific nose of caramelized peach, orange blossom, toasted spices, white flowers, and a kiss of background barrique. With medium-bodied richness, a layered, elegant texture, and outstanding length on the finish, it has come together nicely from barrel and can be enjoyed today or cellared for a solid 10-12 years if you’re so inclined.
