Destemmed, fermented in stainless steel and plastic fermenters, wild-fermented, 12-15 days on skins, with hand or pneumatic plunging, matured in French oak (25% new) for 18 months. The supple, medium-bodied wine delivers its message of purple and black fruits. Totally delicious, as much light to medium-bodied as medium-bodied, its length and aftertaste wholly impressive.
