The 2019 Zeltinger Sonnenuhr Auslese is very fine and flinty on the ripe, concentrated, herbal nose. Round and voluptuous on the palate, this is a sensually rich yet refined and finely salty and nervy ZSU with great balance and stimulating grip. Gorgeous.

Very fresh, tart-pear and parsley nose, ripe yellow-fruit aromas emerging only slowly as this very youthful wine aerates. More succulent on the palate than the nose suggested, the sweetness remaining in the background. The finish very seductive, without losing the touch of delicacy.
