Pale straw, brilliantly bright with a slight lemon tinge. Aromatics reveal fresh nettle and ripe tropical fruits. Lightly toasted oak adds an extra dimension and depth.
A focused wine that displays citrus, grassy and subtle lime zest flavours. Deftly selected and handled oak provides vigour and complexity. Refreshing tangy acidity brings life to the finish.
This wine is ready for immediate drinking however has the structure to evolve slowly over the next 7 years.
