Dry and easy to drink, fruity with a floral scent, it can be drunk chilled, as an aperitif. The Mâcon Villages can be drunk very young but can also be kept 2 or 3 years if stored in good conditions.
It goes very well with hors d'oeuvres, fried or grilled fish, sea ood, goat's cheese, cold cuts and poultry.
