From the Pannoo vineyard in Porongurup. 2g/l RS. Fleshy, soapy and elegant, flauting the aromatic calling cards of the Porongurup region: spring blossoms, crushed limestone and pithy citrus. The palate follows in exactly this manner, talcy phenolics kick in toward the finish and redirect the wine to a very long, lingering close..

Low rainfall in winter and spring with some devastating frost events made for the late summer ripening season. A tricky harvest to say the least but patience (and a bit of luck) oaid off in the end with some exceptional wines being the ultimate result.
Pale quartz in colour, the bouquet has lime and apple with chalky minerality. Flavours of lime and chalky minerality follow suit on the palate with spices and lime. The acidity is tight knit and long and the texture is soft.
