2019 Fabien Coche Monthelie Les Barbieres 1er Cru, Burgundy

Created in 1940 and formerly known as Coche-Bizouard, Domaine Fabien Coche cultivates all the nobility of the great Burgundy wines.

Located in Meursault (21 Côte d'Or), this family estate has 12 hectares of vines spread over Meursault, Pommard, Auxey-Duresses, Monthélie, Saint-Romain, Saint-Aubin and Puligny-Montrachet.

Domaine Fabien Coche uses traditional methods for the production of its wines: work in the vineyard, aging, bottling… each step is done in such a way as to guarantee exceptional production.

Preserving the nature of the soil is one of the main concerns of your producer who has been working organically for several vintages. It is therefore natural that a request for organic certification was made from the 2020 harvest.
