Tumbarumba here. Such a pleasure tasting the Helm wines side-by-side from varying regions, Tumba, Orange, Canberra and Canberra half-dry. Hyper floral scents, lavender, lime, wet slate aromas. Tangy and racy to taste, like biting into a gently sweet lemon, very pristine, very precise, crystal cut texture, very racy and lean, intense and finishes tight, floral and a little limey. Very attractive riesling with heaps of energy and freshness.
