A 50/50 blend of fruit from Piccadilly Valley and a newly worked estate block in Oakbank. Whole-bunch pressed. Fermented in barrel and matured 9 months in 30% new oak, not that you see it bossing the fruit in any way. Tighter fruit, with a sway of grapefruit flavour and pith. Watch this develop more completely through the end of 2021 and for the next few years.
