A pale, blush pink blend of pinot noir (77 per cent) and chardonnay (23 per cent) that spends a minimum of 18 months on tirage. A fragrant and fresh bouquet leads into a strawberry-infused palate that is both well balanced and long. The dosage has been the masterstroke for a wine bred to please.

75/21/4% pinot noir/chardonnay/meunier, all hand picked. 100% mlf, aged 18 months on lees and at least 3 months on cork. 7.8g/L dosage. Jansz is a master of sparkling rosé, capturing Tasmanian pinot noir in all of its characterful personality, yet ever subtle and restrained. A pretty, pale salmon/peach hue heralds nuances of strawberry, red cherry, red apple, rosehip and mixed spice. Carefully handled tannins build fine grip, well synergised with bright Tasmanian acidity, thanks to the creamy texture of lees age. It culminates in a finish of grace and beauty. Big party fizz at its best.

A vibrant sparkling Rose showcasing the beguiling aromatics inherent to Tasmanian sparkling Pinot Noir. There are delicious, captivating aromas of strawberries and cream, rose petals, Turkish delight and fresh brioche. The palate is creamy, textured and rich while retaining an elegant vibrancy and freshness. A wine full of "joie de vivre" that brings the delights of summer into the glass at any time.
