2017 Anselmi Capitel Foscarino IGT, Veneto

Capitel Foscarino is grown on twenty-four acres of cru vineyards at the top of the Foscarino Hill, the best vine growing hill in the area. These vineyards are on south-facing slopes 300m above sea level.

Garganega and Chardonnay is light straw gold, with vibrant aromas of tropical fruit, citrus and honey. Medium to full-bodied with flavors of fresh apples, peach and lime underscored by mineral notes. Pairs well with fish, shellfish, risotto, grilled vegetables and creamy cheeses.
