It's all about the fruit and the fruit's tannin, the latter providing backing to the former, exploding in a rush of red cherries, plums, anise, dried herbs, mandarin skin and the prettiest aromatic florals. So juicy, fleshy and fresh. Such purity of unoaked fruit flavour is a real treat.

The palate is medium bodied with a cherry and strawberry core wrapped in savoury spice. The tannins are fine yet well-structured with balanced acidity, making this wine approachable when young and enjoyable on its own or with your favourite pasta.
Young, vibrant, lively, fresh! Sourced entirely from Longview’s single-vineyard at Macclesfield, the wine displays aromas of cherry-cola with lifted spice, roses and violets. The palate is lip-smacking, with cherry and strawberry characters before finishing with a savoury edge, ripe tannin and well balanced acidity. Housed in a very unique, black glass bottle with a mid-century modern, jazz inspired label, the package takes you straight to a table under the Italian sun.
