The 2020 Barbera d'Alba is a juicy, mid-weight Barbera to drink now and over the next few years, while the succulent red cherry/plum notes retain its vibrancy. The 2020 is not super complex, but it is very delicious.

Albino Rocca's Barbera d'Alba is another small volume production drawn from a single parcel of vines, planted in 2004 and rooted in the clay and limestone soils of San Rocco Seno d'Elvio, just outside Alba. This Barbera is raised entirely in tank and is bottled early in order to keep everything vibrant and fresh.
