2021 Nick Spencer Grüner Veltliner, Tumbarumba

The 2021 Gruner Veltliner displays aromas of grapefuit, stone fruits, citrus and subtle spice. The palate is vibrant and juicy with lovely salivating acidity and texture. 

The texture and volume of Gruner means it is a very versatile wine to match with foods. The wine is very well suited to the bold flavors of Vietnamese cuisine such as summer rolls and noodle salads.  Mexican foods such as fish tacos are also very well suited to the wine and of course, snhnitzel and other fried foods are very well suited.
