A vibrant wine focusing on the Marsanne grape from 15-year-old vines, with aromas of white and yellow fruit, with light citrus and Noral notes. The wine was fermented in stainless steel tanks without any malolactic fermentation. It was then aged on its lees for a few months before being bottled. The palate is crisp, refreshing and bright on the palate, with a clean finish.
It will be absolutely brilliant as an apéritif, but it also pairs well with seafood, salads, light cheeses and more.
Wine Spectator had described the 2018 vintage as very pure and stylish with a great review of 91 points, the 2020 vintage is all of that and more.
