Very light yellow colour. Aromas of smoky-charcuterie, dried lemon peel and crisp herbs both fresh and dried. It's intense and bright throughout, the palate dry and crisp, with lively but well balanced acidity. It's long and loaded with intense lemon and other citrusy fruit flavours—almost juicy, yet dry.
