Palish red colour with a tinge of purple. The bouquet is very complex and meaty, charcuterie-like, smoky and strawberry, a rather appealing complexity of aromas, while the same flavours reappear in the light to medium-bodied palate. Feather-light tannins. Modest length, and in this case the colour is a clue. It's a lovely pinot in a lighter style. 07 JAN 2022
