Elegant red berry, cassis and white pepper aromas mix with integrated raspberry, spice and smoked lardon flavours. Savoury velvet tannins boost the length. The superb 2018 Mon Père is made from a blend of Tasmanian shiraz grapes from the Upper Derwent Valley and Coal River Valley. Aged in 30% new French oak.
