Hand-picked from the lowest-yielding section of the viognier block, whole-bunch pressed to a concrete fermenter, no additions, 7 months on lees. A bit of magic here, the mouthfeel and balance good, the light flavour in an apricot and honeycomb arc.

Sourced from the lowest-cropping section of the Viognier block, 100% concrete fermented and aged on lees for 9 months. The Viognier is planted where there is more density of granite in the soils, enabling this wine to display those Condrieu-like mineral complexities. It's mid-weighted and well-balanced with delicate lemon and mandarin flavours.
