Very good rosé. Cool, ambient ferment to start, then driven to palpable dryness by biodynamic yeast. Six days on skins, before pressing to older French wood where it remains for a couple of months after malolactic conversion. Fecund strawberry notes, musk stick, rosewater, white pepper and scattered herb. A weightier style, best enjoyed with food.

Bright Salmon. Floral and perfumed with strawberry, orange blossom and hints of guava. Light and dry, with flavours of fresh strawberry, finishing with a lovely creamy texture. A great quaffing wine, best served chilled. Pan fried whiting fillets with Asian greens.
