100% Carricante Straw yellow. Bold and nimble style, with fresh white fruit and herbs aromas. Rich flavour springs up with lively acidity, fresh and salty, mineral essence lingers on the finish. Long, persistent and sapid. Its distinct volcanic minerality, salinity and lemon notes bring a beach reminiscent vibe supported by a remarkable concentration.
A foodie wine, it goes wonderfully with seafood, grilled, or even better, sprinkle some on your pasta while cooking. Serve at 10 – 12 degrees C.
