Cuvée 745 from the Maison Jacquesson, is from the 2017 harvest, a low volume harvest, but with rich and dense wines. Beautiful Extra-Brut champagne (0.75g/l), it is made from 55% of the terroirs of Aÿ, Dizy and Hautvillers and 45% of those of Avize and Oiry.
One of the "700" numbered vintages, famous for their finesse, purity and incredible ageing potential. Result of a blend of Chardonnay at 43%, Meunier at 30% and Pinot Noir at 27%, the nose unveils notes of citrus fruits, and brioche. Its bubble is of a great finesse, and air. The palate is very elegant, white fruits, with a slightly woody and mineral touch. A fine, complex and tense champagne profile.
