Vineyards located in the Valpolicella hills in the north of Verona. The soil is alluvial and calcareous with clay.
20% Corvina, 15% Convinone, 20% Rondinella, 5% Molinara and 10% Oseleta. Aged 100% in Slavonian Oak barrels, followed by aging in the bottle, Alc 13.50%.
Ruby red colour. Intense and peppery with notes of leather, cherry and plum. licorice and ginger. Solid, vigorous, balanced flavour.
Excellent with a variety of meat dishes and mature cheeses.
