Fermentation is stopped at about 19g/L residual sugar to balance with acidity. Semi sweet style wine.
The bright golden colour with, pale straw hue. The aroma of, mandarin peel, with hint of honey and honey comb derived from botrytis influence on the palate, slightly oily and rich, can taste sweetness but balance with acidity and body derived from botrytis influence. Good drinking now, or can be cellared for another 5 years. 18.8g/L Residual Sugar.
