From the cool climes of the Porongurup Range comes this lithe, creamy and delicate chardonnay. All good things are spooling out of this glass right now: salted lemons, white peach, crushed nuts, red apples and a few fresh curry leaves. It's beautiful.

Laisses-Faire means 'let it be''. This reflects hands off approach of this wine. No added tannis, or acid, or animal fining products. There is zero sulphur use throughout the winemaking and only a minimal amount at bottling. From vine to bottle, the wine takes its course, hands free.
A powerful nose of citrus and pineapple. Smoke and mirrors with different flavour bombs with each mouthful. Stones and pebbles, green gage fruits and cashew nuts. Creamy mouthfeel yet flinty and Chablis like. Very fine tannins and elegant finish.
