Crushed and destemmed fruit. Fermented with cultured yeast in open and closed oak. Matured 18 months in French and American oak (5–10% new). A gentle Central Victorian cabernet sauvignon nicely captured with a leafy accent. Ripe, dark berries, blood plums, Central Vic earthiness on display. The palate is bright and balanced oak plays a supporting act to the supple, young cabernet. Terrific value. Bronze medal Perth Wine Show '20.
