2014 Taltarni Cuvee Rose, Pyrenees

This Cuvée Rosé méthode-traditionnelle is made from Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Pinot Meunier from cool climate vineyards to produce a vibrant, balanced, rosé sparkling wine.

Sourced from Victoria, South Australia and Tasmania

Comprising Pinot Noir 52%, Chardonnay 33%, Pinot Meunier 15%

A pale salmon colour, this sparkling has aromatic notes of bread crust and nuts with hints of rose water. This pairs perfectly with bright red berry flavours on the palate that are accentuated with a strawberry acid. The driving length of this acid is balanced with a light cream weight that fills the mouth.
