70% Chardonnay, 30% Pinot Noir whole bunch pressed to tank, fermented there and then transferred to bottle for the secondary fermentation and a 3-year snooze on its lees.
The palest of salmon rosé with tiny bubbles and a complex and delicate nose. Grilled red fruits, cherries, strawberries, redcurrant danishes, cranberries, vanilla and crisp red apples all tumble over each other in a harmonious and playful manner.
