Pale straw in colour with green-gold tints. Green apple, fragrant citrus blossom, lime zest and sherbet with underlying hints of pink grapefruit and bath salts. The palate is underpinned by a refreshing drive of natural acidity that is in lovely balance with generous fruit flavours of citrus curd, fresh lemon and lime zest and a slatey, textured finish that is typical of Heggies vineyard.
