Deep ruby core with a bright purple rim. Plums and exotic spices lift on the nose. Palate shows those same spices though the fruit sits deeper with a meaty savoury undertone. Tannins have some grit and dry it well, but maybe just clip the flow at the end. Food would bring it out further 05 NOV 2022 Drink 2022–2028
