Bright and youthfully purple, this is an aromatic cool climate shiraz blend with a nose of dark plums, raspberry, black peppery spice and a lifted floral note (viognier?). It's an elegant style, fresh and on the lighter side of medium bodied, with flavours of spice and mixed berries. Tannins are fine and friendly. A really quenching, soft type to drink relatively young 02 JAN 2023 Drink 2023–2027

Four Winds Shiraz is typical of the Canberra region. It is soft and elegant, with bright red fruits and a cherry perfume, followed by notes of pepper and cloves. This wine is well paired with soft cheeses, duck and tomato based food, such as pastas and risottos.
