Shimmering ruby red. Spice accented raspberry and cherry aromas are complemented by musky garrigue and floral nuances. Sweet and seamless on the palate, offering juicy, well concentrated red berry, cherry cola and lavendar flavours and suggestions of allspice and licorice. Firms up steadily on the persistent, red fruit and floral driven finish, which is framed by slow building tannins. Made with 25% whole clusters. Drink 2025-2033.

80 % Grenache, 20 % Syrah and Mourvèdre, from old vines located on calcareous scree high up in the shadow of the Dentelles de Montmirail. Fermented with 25 % whole bunches over 25 days, then matured for 10 months in 60 % 1-3 year old barriques and 40 % stainless steel tanks. The final blend is then assembled in tank and matured for a further 6 months before bottling.
